"Establishment of a new class of complex mineral prolonged action fertilizers with industrial production"
Matter of the project:
Project aim is to establish the industrial production of a new class of complex mineral prolonged action fertilizers with 10 000 tons annual production on the basis of operating chemical plant. To provide population with ecological and food safety is the main problem of both governmental and global scale. As a consequence of agricultural activity million tons of phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium are extracted from the soil annually. It's not easy to return them back. Common polycrystalline fertilizers used for this purpose cope with it only partially. They destroy the soil structure, and also are easily washed out and weathered (only 30-50% of matter applied is assimilated by plants). It leads to a substantial deterioration of open reservoirs and ground waters environmental condition.
Such important issues as economic and environmental utility of extensive expansion are still up to date especially in large rivers basins, traditional land use technologies (based on polycrystalline fertilizers application).

A project business-plan is worked out.
The technology of initial materials (furnace-charge) made from natural phosphates is developed. There is a full-scale industrial production of mineral vitreous fertilizers on the basis of functioning glass-works which produces 1000 ton per year in Novgorod region. Large-scale scientific plant tests with AVA and field trials were made in open ground and area under glass. Studies were carried out with 77 different species and 26 varieties of the plants. The experiments showed a high agronomical and economical efficiency of this fertilizer application and its unique properties.
The program of the large-scale AVA fertilizer industrial production establishment on the territory of Russian Federation was approved under the Environmental Chamber decision through Political Advisory Council under RF President. The product selling dealer network is created. The consignments of fertilizer for experiments were delivered abroad (Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Holland, Spain, USA, Panama and others). The product and its production technology are covered by patents of Russian Federation. The titles of protection on the subject: "Vitreous prolonged action fertilizers" are taken out.

The ability of phosphate glass to support the vital activity of microorganisms and to serve as a source of their nutrition had become a basis for creation of a fundamentally new class of mineral fertilizers of the prolonged action "AGROVITAQUA-AVA".

"AVALON" - complex bioactive water purification of aquatic areas from oil contamination. It is based on phosphate glass property to maintain vital activity of microorganisms- oil destructors. That leads to nearly complete deletion of the oil spill remnants in the form of low solubility films from the surfaces of aquatic areas over two - four weeks time period.
"BIAVA" - complex biotechnology acting as a plant protector against terricolous plant pathogenic fungi (root rot causative agent). This biopreparation combines both characteristics of mineral fertilizers and of high active microbes-antagonists strains.
